A newly renovated, dog-friendly home in one of 30A's most walkable neighborhoods. Three king bedrooms, a fenced backyard with fire pit, and a location that puts the beach, trails, and great restaurants all within easy reach — everything you need to actually unwind.

The open living area flows into a fully updated kitchen with new appliances — well set up for cooking in or packing a beach cooler. Outside, the fenced yard has a fire pit and gas grill. Four vehicles can park on-site.

The Gulfview Heights Beach Access is 0.7 miles away and has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and lifeguards in season. The Longleaf Pine Trailhead is two minutes from the front door.
